All services require a non-refundable £30 deposit to confirm your appointment. The remaining balance is due in cash on the day. There are no refunds once the service is complete. If something is wrong with your hair, contact us within 48 hours and we will put it right.

You can reschedule or cancel up to 48 hours before your appointment. Bookings made within 48 hours, or on a day we are normally closed, carry a £35 emergency booking charge. Working bank holidays also carry a £35 charge.

Arriving more than 15 minutes late adds a £15 late fee. Arriving more than 30 minutes late means the appointment is cancelled.

Please come with your hair in 8 to 12 neat cornrows so the unit lays flat and finishes seamlessly. If you need a braid down, select it as an add-on before booking rather than on the day.

If you bought your unit from us, book under "Unit Purchased from Us" and allow at least 7 working days between your order date and your appointment so your unit can arrive and be prepared. You will get a confirmation email once your order and booking are both in.

If you are sending or dropping off hair, it needs to reach us at least 7 days before your appointment. Less than 5 days before adds a £15 late fee, and less than 2 days before is treated as an emergency booking at £35 or the appointment may be cancelled. Drop off is at the same place as your appointment, so message us or check our Instagram story for times, and confirm the postage address with us first as it is different.

We only accept 13x6 HD frontals for frontal wig installations. If your head size is 20 inches or smaller, a 13x4 HD frontal is fine.

If you are buying a ready-made factory wig, make sure the vendor supplies a full frontal wig and not a "lace front", as lace fronts restrict you to a middle part. Thick knots or thick lace are not accepted.

Please check your unit comfortably covers your hairline, as we cannot install a unit that is too small. Units that do not fit will not be installed. If you are unsure, send us a video before your appointment and we will confirm.
